摘 要:随着经济的发展,农村学校骨干教师大量流入城市之中,严重制约了农村教育的发展。本文主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,通过对武陵山片区农村体育教师流失的现状进行调查分析,从空间正义视角下寻找农村体育教师流失原因。研究发现农村体育教师流失正面临:空间理念危机,被迫划分为低等学校、空间生存危机,边缘化的农村体育教师队伍、空间耐度危机,无力承受耐度“临界点”以及空间角色危机,面临凋零的个人发展机会。据此提出以下四点研究结论:树立“空间人性化与空间科学化”的教育管理理念,优化农村体育教师生存空间;提供舒适工作环境,建设现代化新农村体育教师队伍;提高农村体育教师耐度“临界点”,建立教育大数据网络发展平台,实现农村体育教师的角色发展。With the development of economy,a large number of backbone teachers from rural schools have flowed into cities,which has seriously restricted the development of rural education.In this paper,the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey are used to investigate and analyze the current situation of rural physical education teachers'loss in Wuling Mountain area,and the reasons of rural physical education teachers'loss are attributed from the perspective of spatial justice.It is found that the loss of rural physical education teachers is facing the crisis of spatial concept,spatial survival,spatial tolerance and spatial teacher.Based on this,the following four research conclusions are put forward:establish the educational management concept of"space humanization and space scientization",optimize the living space of rural physical education teachers,provide comfortable working environment,build a modern new rural physical education teacher team,improve the"critical point"of rural physical education teachers'tolerance,establish an educational big data network development platform,and realize the role development of rural physical education teachers.
