摘 要:针对目前乳胶厂在后硫化中工艺中高温高湿的工作环境和效率低等特点,研发了医用手套后硫化负压抽吸的固液分离技术,同时利用该技术设计了固液分离装置。首先,应用谢才公式介绍了该装置的工作原理及相关设计参数;其次,通过试验分析研究了影响流量的主要影响因素,并建立抽料管管径、负压值、手套密度之间的数值关系,为固液分离装置的设计提供了最佳工作参数,达到了后硫化的医用手套从硫化池中分离到干燥箱中的目的,同时为固液分离装置的设计提供数据参考和设计依据。Aiming at the high temperature,humidity working environment and low efficiency in the post-vulcanization process of the current latex factory,the solid-liquid separation technology of the post-vulcanization negative pressure suction of medical gloves has been developed in this article,and the solid-liquid separation device has been designed by using this technology. First of all,Xiecai formula is used to introduce the working principle and related design parameters of the device. Secondly,the main influencing factors affecting flow are studied by experimental analysis,and relationship among the diameter of the suction pipe,the negative pressure value and the density of the glove is studied,which would provide the best working parameters for design of the solid-liquid separation device. Thus the purpose of separating the post-vulcanized medical gloves from the vulcanization tank into the drying box is achieved,which would provide a data reference and design basis for design of the solid-liquid separation device.
