摘  要:根据自定心中心架的工作原理,利用速度瞬心法建立了中心架凸轮实际廓线方程,编程计算与文献公式比较,验证了公式正确性。基于凸轮理论廓线推导凸轮实际廓线一阶、二阶导数及曲率半径计算公式。分析直线逼近弓高误差计算原理,基于牛顿迭代法设计了非圆曲线等间距直线逼近算法。编程计算得到中心架凸轮廓线直线逼近点坐标值并验证算法正确性。将凸轮直线逼近点坐标值导入CAD软件中生成实体模型,再导入到MasterCAM软件中生成数控加工代码,经济、高效地实现中心架凸轮机构高精度加工。Based on the working principles of the self-centering center rest,the actual profile equation of the center rest cam is established by using the velocity instantaneous center method;correctness of the formula is then verified by programming calculation and comparison with the formulas given in reference. Based on the theoretical profile of cam,the calculation formulas of the first and second derivatives and curvature radius of the actual profile of cam are derived. Based on analyzing the calculation principle of the chord error of the non-circular curve linear approximation,the algorithm of equal distance straight line approaching non-circular curve is designed based on the Newton iterative method. Through the programming calculation,the coordinate values of the approximation points of the convex contour line of the self-centering center rest are obtained,and correctness of the algorithm is then verified. The coordinate values of straight line approaching points of cam are imported into CAD software to generate the solid model,and then imported into MasterCAM software to generate NC machining code. Thus high-precision machining of self-centering center rest cam mechanism could be realized economically and effectively.
