摘 要:为研究高速铁路纵连板式无砟轨道上拱变形规律,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立路基段纵连板式无砟轨道结构三维精细化有限元模型,分析温度荷载作用下接缝伤损程度、接缝混凝土强度、层间强度等因素对轨道上拱变形及受力的影响规律,为无砟轨道养护维修提供理论参考。研究结果表明:纵连板式无砟轨道最大上拱位移随着接缝伤损高度的增大而增大,且窄接缝伤损高度越大,上拱位移的增长速率也就越快。当接缝伤损高度大于等于30 mm、温升幅度为40℃时,宽窄接缝最大纵向压应力大于C55混凝土抗压强度35.5 MPa,因此,现场发现窄接缝伤损高度大于30 mm时应及时维修。In order to study the vertical upward arch deformation law of longitudinal plate ballastless track of high-speed railway,finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish 3D refined finite element model of longitudinal plate ballastless track structure in subgrade section.The influence of joint damage degree,joint concrete strength,interlayer strength and other factors on track vertical arch deformation and stress under temperature load was analyzed,which provided theoretical reference for ballastless track maintenance.The results show that the maximum vertical arch displacement of longitudinal plate ballastless track increases with the increase of joint damage height,and the larger the damage height of narrow joint is,the faster the growth rate of vertical upward arch displacement will be.When the joint damage height is greater than or equal to 30 mm,and the temperature rise range is less than 40℃,the maximum longitudinal compressive stress of wide and narrow joints may be greater than 35.5 MPa of C55 concrete compressive strength.Therefore,if the damage height of narrow joint is found to be greater than 30 mm,it should be repaired in time.
