卷烟吸阻和硬度稳定性影响因素研究

摘　　要：为研究影响卷烟吸阻和硬度稳定性的因素,以广东中烟双喜(软蓝红玫王)为研究对象,分析成品含水率、卷烟单支重量、滤棒压降与卷烟吸阻和硬度的相关性,结果表明:(1)卷烟含水率和吸阻无显著相关关系,和硬度呈负相关关系,烟支含水率越高,硬度越低;(2)滤棒压降与卷烟吸阻在一定范围内呈正相关关系;(3)卷烟硬度和吸阻在一定范围内随着烟支单支重量增加而增加。To study the factors affecting the smoking resistance and hardness stability of cigarettes,taking Guangdong China Tobacco Shuangxi(soft blue red rose king) as the research object,the correlation between the moisture content of the finished product,the weight of a cigarette,the pressure drop of the filter rod and the cigarette resistance and hardness were analyzed.The result showed that:(1)There is no significant correlation between cigarette moisture content and smoking resistance,but a negative correlation with hardness.The higher the cigarette moisture content,the lower the hardness.(2)The pressure drop of the filter rod and the smoking resistance of cigarettes are positively correlated within a certain range.(3)Cigarette hardness and resistance increase within a certain range as the weight of a single cigarette increases.
