摘 要:聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯作为全球微塑料中最常见的化学组分,广泛应用于食品包装、衣物、管材、塑料瓶,以及农用薄膜的制造等行业,但由于其吸附性强、难降解等特性对环境造成了重大污染。综述了近年来国内外聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯的污染水平和毒理学方面的研究进展,提出了将大型蚤作为受试生物,研究聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯两种微塑料对大型蚤的慢性毒性作用。As the most common chemical components in microplastics,polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride are widely used in the industries of food packaging,clothing,pipes,plastic bottles and agricultural film manufacturing. However,due to their strong adsorption and difficult degradation,they have caused significant pollution to the environment. In this paper,the pollution level of polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride and the research progress in toxicology at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed. It was proposed that Daphnia magna was taken as a test organism to study the chronic toxicity of polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride,two microplastics,on Daphnia magna.
