摘  要:目的:了解某学院护生对实训教学的满意度情况,掌握护生实训学习中的需求,评估护理实训教学效果,以促进实训教学质量进一步提高。方法:采用问卷调查某院的护理系护生996人,调查内容涉及实训室环境、护理系实验老师、课后开放练习3方面。结果:护生总体满意度较高:满意度最高是实验老师(77.31%),其次是实训室教学环境(68.18%),最后是课后开放练习(68.07%)。结论:改善学院实训教学环境、深化护理实训教学改革、提高实验老师操作水平、最大限度开放课后练习等是提高护理实训教学质量、提升护生满意度的有效途径。Objective:To understand the satisfaction of nursing students on practical training teaching in our hospital,grasp the needs of nursing students in practical training learning,evaluate the effect of nursing practical training teaching,so as to further improve the quality of practical training teaching.Methods:996 nursing students in the nursing department of our hospital were surveyed by questionnaire.The contents of the survey were related to the environment of the training room,the experimental teachers of the nursing department,and the open practice after class.Results:Nursing students had a high degree of overall satisfaction.The highest degree of satisfaction was the experimental teacher(77.31%),followed by the teaching environment in the training room(68.18%),and finally the open exercise after class(68.07%).Conclusion:It is an effective way to improve the teaching quality of practical nursing training and improve nursing students'satisfaction by improving the teaching environment of practical nursing training,deepening the reform of practical nursing teaching,improving the operational level of experimental teachers,and maximizing the practice after class.
