磁共振与乳腺钼靶检查对乳腺癌的影像学诊断价值比较研究

摘　　要：目的:探析比较乳腺癌患者应用磁共振与乳腺钼靶检查的影像学诊断价值。方法:选择某院影像中心2018年10月~2020年11月期间就诊的90例乳腺癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组采用磁共振检查,对照组采用乳腺钼靶检查,以病理诊断结果组为金标准,对比两组影像学诊断结果及效能。结果:两组病理诊断阳性率无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组(磁共振检查)诊断准确率(95.35%)明显高于对照组(乳腺钼靶检查)(54.76%)(P<0.05);两组特异度、阳、阴性预测值无统计学差异(P>0.05),而观察组敏感度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于乳腺钼靶影像学技术,磁共振应用于乳腺癌临床诊断,诊断准确率及敏感度明显更高,更适用于临床推广。Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of MRI and mammography in breast cancer.Methods:90 patients with breast cancer in a hospital from October 2018 to November 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was given magnetic resonance examination,and the control group was given mammography examination.The pathological diagnosis group was taken as the gold standard,and the imaging diagnosis results and efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the positive rate of pathological diagnosis between the two groups(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group(MRI examination)(95.35%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(mammography examination)(54.76%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the specificity,positive and negative predictive values between the two groups(P>0.05),while the sensitivity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with mammography,MRI has higher diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity in the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer,which is more suitable for clinical promotion.
