多种药物联合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:对某院复发性口腔溃疡患者临床中采用多种药物联合治疗的整体效果进行研究分析。方法:将2018年1月~2019年12月期间某院收治的34例患有复发性口腔溃疡疾病的患者使用随机单盲法平均分为常规组(常规治疗)和实验组(左旋咪唑+维生素B2+维生素C+肿痛安胶囊+穿王消炎片治疗)各17例,对比分析两种治疗方案对复发性口腔溃疡疾病患者临床效果的影响。结果:治疗后实验组的总有效率为94.12%,相比常规组的64.71%较高,且治疗后实验组患者的溃疡总个数、疼痛评分、治疗时间相比常规组效果更优,两组相关数据对比,组间差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左旋咪唑+维生素B2+维生素C+肿痛安胶囊+穿王消炎片等多种药物联合治疗效果显著,既可以有效改善复发性口腔溃疡患者的临床总有效率,又可以缓解患者的疼痛程度,缩短治疗时间。Objective:To study and analyze the overall effect of multi-drug combination therapy on patients with recurrent oral ulcer in a hospital.Methods:34 cases of patients with recurrent oral ulcer disease in a hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into conventional group(17 cases,conventional treatment)and experimental group(17 cases,levamisole+vitamin B2,vitamin C+Zhongtong'an capsule+Chuanwang anti-inflammatory tablets)using random single blind method.The effect of the two treatment options on the clinical effect of patients with recurrent oral ulcer disease was compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group(94.12%)was higher than that of conventional group(64.71%).The total number of ulcers,pain score and treatment time in the experimental group were better compared with the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of combination therapy of levamisole+vitamin B2+vitamin C+Zhongtong'an capsule+Chuanwang anti-inflammatory tablets and other drugs is significant,which can not only effectively improve the total clinical efficiency of patients with recurrent oral ulcer,but also relieve the pain degree of patients and shorten the treatment time.
