摘　　要：目的:探讨视觉反馈联合任务导向性训练对脑卒中患者上肢功能障碍及生活质量的影响。方法:选择某院2019年1月~2020年1月康复医学科收治的120例脑卒中患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组进行任务导向训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合视觉反馈训练治疗,比较分析治疗后两组患者的FMA评分、(FTHUE-HK)分级、MBI指数及SF-36评分情况。结果:治疗后,观察组FMA评分、(FTHUE-HK)分级、BMI指数及SF-36评分改善明显优于治疗前(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组FMA评分、(FTHUE-HK)分级、BMI指数及SF-36评分改善更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:视觉反馈联合任务导向性训练对脑卒中患者上肢功能恢复有显著效果,并能提高患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effects of visual feedback combined task-oriented training on upper limb dysfunction and quality of life in stroke patients.Methods:120 stroke patients admitted to a hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group received task-oriented training and the observation group received visual feedback training on the basis of the control group.FMA score,(FTHUE-HK)grading,MBI index and SF-36 score were compared and analyzed between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the FMA score,(FTHUE-HK)classification,BMI index,and SF-36 score in the observation group improved significantly better than those of before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement of FMA score,(FTHUE-HK)grading,BMI index,and SF-36 scale in the observation group was more apparent,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Visual feedback combined task-oriented training has significant effect on the recovery of upper limb function in stroke patients and can improve the quality of life of patients.
