摘　　要：目的:旨在研究分析肝功能酶中AST、ALT和γ-GT检验在肝硬化患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年3月~2020年12月收治的70例肝硬化患者(观察组)和70例健康体检的正常人(对照组)进行血清AST、ALT和γ-GT生化检验并分析研究。结果:观察组患者的AST阳性率为95.71%(67例),γ-GT阳性患者阳性率为92.86%(65例),ALT阳性率为91.42%(64例);观察组γ-GT水平(90.21±10.83)、AST水平(87.69±13.71)和ALT水平(55.07±10.54)均明显高于正常参考值;且观察组肝硬化患者的AST、ALT和γ-GT阳性率和水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:肝硬化患者的诊断治疗中,采用血清中的生化指标AST、ALT、γ-GT可以清楚反映患者严重程度,有效进行准确诊断,及时开展治疗,提高预后效果,值得临床上大力推广。Objective:To investigate the application value of AST,ALT andγ-GT test in liver function enzymes in patients with cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 70 cirrhosis patients(observation group)and 70 healthy subjects(control group)from March 2020 to December 2020 were selected to conduct serum AST,ALT andγ-GT biochemical tests and analysis.Results:In the observation group,the positive rates of AST,γ-GT,and ALT were 95.71%(67 cases),92.86%(65 cases),and 91.42%(64 cases),respectively.The levels ofγ-GT,AST and ALT in the observation group were(90.21±10.83),(87.69±13.71)and(55.07±10.54),respectively,which were significantly higher than the normal reference values.The positive rates and levels of AST,ALT andγ-GT in liver cirrhosis patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cirrhosis,the application of serum biochemical indexes AST,ALT,γ-GT can clearly reflect the severity of patients,which is beneficial to make accurate diagnosis effectively,receive treatment timely,and improve the prognosis effect,and worthy of clinical promotion.
