摘  要:针对碘化反应存在温度控制精度低、物料配比调节难等问题,基于工艺流程分析,采用集散控制技术搭建和利时(Hollys)集散控制系统(DCS)架构,完成动态数据显示和报警瞬时动作等监控功能组态。设计主回路温度定值控制-副回路温度随动控制的串级控制器,克服反应釜锅炉夹套热传导的温度影响。进一步引入和利时比例-积分-微分(HSPID)方法,提出反应釜温度串级控制的HSPID算法,避免微分作用引起的扰动。运行测试结果表明:衰减比稳定在4∶1内,温度控制在68℃允许范围内,且监控实时性好。In order to prevent the low temperature control accuracy and difficult adjustment of material ratio in the iodization reaction,by the process flow analysis the architecture of HollSys distributed control system(DCS)was stablished based on distributed control technology,to complete the monitoring function configurations of dynamic data display and alarm instantaneous action.The cascade controller of main loop temperature setting control and secondary loop temperature follow-up control was designed to overcome the influence of heat conduction from the jacket temperature of the reactor boiler.Furthermore,an HollSys proportional integral differential(HSPID)method was introduced,and the HSPID cascade control algorithm for reactor temperature was proposed to avoid perturbations caused by the differential action.The test results show that the system is stable within 4∶1.The satisfied temperature control performance is obtained within the allowable range of 68℃,and a perfect real-time monitoring is realized.
