摘　　要：目的建立不同利益相关方针对慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)患者使用特殊医学用途配方食品效果评价指标池,并分析各方对指标的偏好程度。方法通过专家数据库或个人联系、CKD随访管理中心等途径,以在线发放问卷的形式,采集不同利益相关方所关注效果的指标,采用SPSS 22.0软件进行χ^(2)检验、Fisher确切概率法。结果共收取5组利益相关方调查问卷432份,提取指标共1811个,合并去重后的指标共71个。医疗人员关注前5的指标分别是:肌酐、尿素氮、白蛋白、血红蛋白和血磷;患者所关注前5的指标分别是:肌酐、尿蛋白、尿酸、尿素氮和肾小球滤过率。利益相关方之间的Fisher精确检验结果显示P<0.05,有统计学意义,但两两比较差异无统计学意义。结论不同利益相关方所侧重的指标领域不同,应进一步加快建设CKD患者特医食品使用效果评价核心指标集以期患者可以从中获益。Objective To establish a pool of evaluation indicators for the effect of food for special medical purposes(FSMP)used by different stakeholders for Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD)patients,and to analyze the preference degree of all parties for the indicators.Methods Through expert database,personal contact,CKD follow-up management center or other means,online questionnaires were sent out to collect the indicators for the effect of FSMP for CKD patients concerned by different stakeholders.Statistical methods were used to test the preferences of different stakeholders for the indicators.Results A total of 432 questionnaires from 5 groups of stakeholders were collected,1811 indicators were extracted,and 71 indicators were obtained after combination and deduplication.The top five indicators that medical staff paid attention to were:creatinine,urea nitrogen,albumin,hemoglobin and blood phosphorus.While the top five indicators that patients paid attention to were:creatinine,urine protein,uric acid,urea nitrogen and glomerular filtration rate.The difference between stakeholders was statistically significant by Fisher’s exact test(P<0.05).But there was no difference by pairwise comparison.Conclusion Different stakeholders focus on different indicator areas and the establishment of the core outcome set for evaluating the effect of FSMP for patients with CKD should be further accelerated so that patients can benefit from it.
