摘 要:研究目的:开展轨枕强度试验是轨枕设计方案付诸生产应用的前置条件,为保证国内铁路轨枕设计和建造技术在以依据欧洲铁路技术标准为主的海外市场落地实施,有必要对基于欧洲标准的铁路轨枕强度试验方法开展研究。本文系统研究欧标规定的轨枕静载试验、动载试验和疲劳试验的试验工装、试验程序、试验荷载和验收标准,并结合海外项目设计采用的宽轨距埋入式无砟长枕结构,研究基于欧标的埋入式无砟轨枕强度试验方法和荷载指标,通过理论计算和室内试验结果对比,验证试验方法用于无砟轨枕的可行性。研究结论:(1)欧标轨枕强度试验包含静载试验、动载试验和疲劳试验,分别对轨下截面开展正弯矩静载试验、动载试验和疲劳试验,对枕中截面开展负弯矩、正弯矩静载试验;(2)欧标基于轨枕混凝土裂缝的产生和发展程度规定轨枕强度试验荷载和验收标准;(3)基于欧标的埋入式无砟轨枕强度试验应只考虑轨下截面正弯矩静载、动载和疲劳试验;(4)本研究成果可应用于海外铁路轨道工程项目。Research purposes:The test on sleeper strength is a prerequisite for the sleeper design scheme to be put into production and application.In order to ensure that domestic railway sleeper design and construction technologies are implemented in overseas markets based on European railway technical standards,it is necessary to research on the sleeper strength test method based on the European standard.This paper systematically studied the test fixtures,test procedures,test loads and acceptance criteria for sleeper static test,dynamic test and fatigue test specified in the European standard.In combination with the broad-gauge embedded long sleeper structure for ballastless track adopted in the overseas project,the test method and load index of embedded sleeper for ballastless track based on the European standard were studied.The feasibility of the test method for the ballastless sleeper was verified through the comparison of theoretical calculation and laboratory test results.Research conclusions:(1)The sleeper strength test based on the European standard includes the static test,dynamic test and fatigue test.The static test for the positive bending moment,dynamic test and fatigue test should be considered for the sleeper rail seat section.The static test for the negative and positive bending moment should be considered for the sleeper center section.(2)The European standard specifies the sleeper strength test load and acceptance criteria based on the occurrence and development extent of sleeper concrete cracks.(3)Based on the European standard,only the static test for the positive bending moment,dynamic test and fatigue test for the rail seat section should be considered for the embedded sleeper for ballastless track.(4)The research achievements can be used to guide the overseas railway track engineering project.
