摘　　要：工业机器人的应用能够帮助企业解决人力不足、生产效率低下、工况恶劣等棘手的问题,以工业机器人为载体,基于工业机器人控制系统,研究了工业机器人上下料方案设计和工业机器人装配方案设计,应用于我司空调生产中。采用工业机器人代替人工进行简单重复操作,降低员工工作劳动强度,能够有效帮助企业提升工作效率,提升空调产线自动化水平。The application of industrial robot can help enterprises solve the difficult problems such as manpower shortage,low production efficiency and poor working conditions,and based on industrial robot control system,the design of industrial robot feed-up scheme and the design of industrial robot assembly scheme are studied and applied to the production of air conditioning in our company.The use of industrial robots instead of manual simple repeat operation,reduce the labor intensity of employees,can effectively help enterprises to improve work efficiency,improve the level of automation of air-conditioning production lines.
