摘  要:新农科建设需要培养新型的农林经济管理人才。针对我国高校农林经济管理专业毕业生普遍存在的“三农”情怀不足、复杂问题解决能力和实践创新能力较差、团队协作能力有待增强、国际化能力较低等问题,构建由“三农”素养培养、研究性理论教学、研究性实践教学、优质师资队伍培育、政策支持与制度保障等子模块构成的农林经济管理专业人才培养生态链。通过发挥各有机模块的互作用与自作用机理,并耦合各子模块的运作路径,可以有效促进新型农林经济管理人才的培养。The construction of New Agricultural Science demands a new type of personnel in agricultural and forestry economics management.The graduates majoring in agricultural and forestry economics management in Chinese universities generally lack the adoration for agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and are insufficient in solving complex problems,in practice and innovation,in team collaboration and in getting internationalized.Against these problems,an ecological chain of talent cultivation is constructed,composed of competency cultivation oriented to the adoration for agriculture,rural areas and farmers,research-oriented theoretical teaching,research-based practice training,high-quality faculty cultivation,policy support and system guarantee.The mutual effect,self-effect of these modules and the coupling of the paths of the respective module can effectively promote the cultivation of new types of personnel in agricultural and forestry economics management.
