摘　　要：骨肉瘤(OS)是一种最常见的原发性恶性骨肿瘤,主要好发于青少年。因其易转移和化疗耐药的特点,其治疗当前仍是医学界的难题,所以关于其发病机制的探索也是目前研究的热点。环状RNA(circRNA)属于一类内生性表达的非编码RNA(ncRNA),其特征是具有共价闭环结构。它的特殊结构-3’-5’共价环允许它在正常的真核细胞和癌细胞中执行一些特殊的功能。最近,越来越多的证据支持circRNA在骨肉瘤的肿瘤发生、进展、侵袭和转移中发挥关键作用。本文章综述了circRNA的特性和生物发生的最新研究,重点阐述了circRNA在骨肉瘤发生发展中的调控功能,拟为骨肉瘤的早期诊断、临床治疗和预后监测提供新的思路。Osteosarcoma is one of the most common primary malignant bone tumors,which mainly occurs in adolescents.Due to high rate of metastasis and chemotherapy resistance,the treatment of osteosarcoma is still difficult,therefore,to further investigate the pathogenesis is a hot topic at present.CircRNAs belong to a class of endogenetically expressed non-coding RNA,which are characterized by covalent closed-loop structure.Its special structure-3′-5′covalent ring allows it to perform a number of special functions in normal eucaryotic and cancer cells.In this review,we reviewed the characteristics of circRNAs and its latest research on biogenesis,and focusedon the regulatory functions of circRNAs in the occurrence and development of osteosarcomato provide a new idea for the early diagnosis,clinical treatment and prognosis monitoring of osteosarcoma.
