摘  要:目的:探讨人际关系发展干预对孤独症儿童亲子互动和社会技能的干预效果。方法:20个孤独症儿童家庭接受了12周的人际关系发展干预。由两名独立编码人员使用录像分析法对孤独症儿童的亲子互动及社会技能进行测量。结果:经过12周的干预后,孤独症儿童的亲子互动整体评分较干预前显著提高,且效应量在中等以上。在儿童社会技能方面,孤独症儿童展示社交情感和进行社交沟通的行为频次较干预前均无明显增加。结论:人际关系发展干预能修复和增进孤独症儿童的亲子互动,这为推动孤独症儿童的社会参与和社会性发展提供了机会。但12周的干预时程可能不足以对孤独症儿童的社会技能产生明显影响。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of the short-term Relationship Development Intervention on improving parent-child interaction and child’s social skill in children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods:Participants were20 parent-child dyads where the child(18 boys,2 girls)had a diagnosis of autism or PDD-NOS(DSM-4 criteria)and was between the ages of 3 years and 8 years 11 months.Videotapes of parent-child interaction at baseline and 3 months later in treatment were rated and recorded by independent coders,for (a)the quality of parent-child interaction using the Dyadic Coding Scales(and b)the development of child’s social skill measured by the self-designed coding schedule.Results:There were significant treatment effects on parent-child interaction,while no treatment effects were found for child’s social skills.Conclusion:Short-term relationship development intervention can repair and enhance parent-child interaction,which provides an opportunity to promote social engagement and social development of children with autism.
