摘　　要：目的:探讨急性高血压性脑出血(HICH)患者ALB表达水平与水肿的关系。方法:选取80例急性HICH患者,依据CT监测总病灶值情况进行分组,20例为扩大组,60例为未扩大组。比较两组患者的血清ALB水平;分析血清ALB水平与急性HICH患者病灶周围水肿的相关性。结果:治疗72 h水肿体积<治疗前(P<0.05);多因素分析,急性HICH患者血清ALB异常低表达是病灶周围水肿扩大的独立危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:急性HICH患者血清ALB水平与病灶周围水肿具有一定的相关性,低ALB水平可加重水肿的恶化程度,早期检测血清ALB水平对评估急性HICH患者的病情具有一定的辅助作用,而纠正患者的血清ALB水平可在一定程度上减轻水肿。Objective:To observe the correlation between ALB expression level and edema in patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods:Eighty patients with acute HICH were selected and divided into an expanded group(20 cases)and a none-expanded group(60 cases)based on the total lesion value of the CT monitoring.Serum ALB levels were compared and the correlation between serum ALB levels and edema volume around the lesion was analyzed.Results:The volume of edemas 72 hours after treatment was smaller than that before(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the abnormal low expression of serum ALB was an independent risk factor for the expansion of edema around the lesion(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:There are some correlation between the serum ALB level and edema volume around the lesion in patients with acute HICH,and low ALB level can aggravate the edema.Early detection of serum ALB levels has some auxiliary role in assessment of the condition of patients with acute HICH,while correcting the patient’s serum ALB level can reduce the edema to a certain extent.
