白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗葡萄膜炎合并白内障患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗葡萄膜炎合并白内障患者的效果。方法:选取102例葡萄膜炎合并白内障患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组各51例。对照组采用传统小切口白内障囊外摘除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗,研究组采用白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率和治疗前后视力水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为98.04%(50/51),明显高于对照组的82.35%(42/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后3、6个月视力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗葡萄膜炎合并白内障患者可提高治疗总有效率和视力水平,降低术后并发症率,其效果优于传统小切口白内障囊外摘除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗。Objective:To observe effects of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in treatment of patients with uveitis combined with cataract.Methods:102 patients with uveitis combined with cataract were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,51 cases in each.The control group was treated with traditional small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation,while the study group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.The clinical effects,the complication rate and the visual acuity level were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.04%(50/51),which was significantly higher than the control group of 82.35%(42/51),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the visual acuity levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group 3 and 6 months after the surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of the patients with uveitis combined with cataract can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the visual acuity level,and reduce the postoperative complication rate.Moreover,it is superior to small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation.
