摘　　要：目的研究株洲市高校离退休教师的生活质量现状及其影响因素。方法采用现况调查方法,运用自制的一般情况调查问卷及世界卫生组织生活质量评定简表(WHOQOL-BREF),对株洲市高校离退休教师进行调查。结果株洲市高校离退休教师生活质量总分为(76.33±15.18)分。单因素分析结果显示,生活质量总分在性别、年龄、学历、经济水平、婚姻状况、居住类型、吸烟、睡眠质量、体育锻炼方面比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、学历、婚姻状况、经济水平、吸烟、睡眠质量是高校离退休教师生活质量的影响因素。结论株洲市高校离退休教师的生活质量处于中等水平,受年龄、学历、婚姻状况、经济水平、吸烟及睡眠质量等多种因素影响。应采取有针对性的预防保健措施,进一步改善高校离退休教师的生活质量。Objective To study the current quality of life and its influencing factors of retired college teachers in Zhuzhou City.Methods The current situation survey method was adopted,and the self-made general survey questionnaire and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Evaluation Brief(WHOQOL-BREF)were used to investigate the retired teachers of colleges and universities in Zhuzhou City.Results The total quality of life of retired teachers in Zhuzhou's colleges and universities was(76.33±15.18)points.The results of univariate analysis showed that the total quality of life scores were statistically significant in terms of gender,age,educational background,economic level,marital status,residence type,smoking,sleep quality,and physical exercise(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education,marital status,economic level,smoking,and sleep quality were the influencing factors of the quality of life of retired college teachers.Conclusion The quality of life of retired university teachers in Zhuzhou City is at an intermediate level,which is affected by many factors such as age,education,marital status,economic level,smoking and sleep quality.Targeted preventive and health care measures should be taken to further improve the quality of life of retired college teachers.
