摘  要:作为国家教育的重要组成部分,高校教师素质能力决定了我国高等教育内涵发展的水平和高度。为了更好地探索提升高等院校教师整体素质和能力的路径,以山东省智能制造高水平专业群教师队伍为例,提出“分层施措”策略,对处于入职适应期(入职1—3年)、成熟胜任期(入职4—6年)、高原平稳期和停滞回归期阶段的教师进行了教师素质能力提升探索和研究。针对不同阶段的教师采取不同的策略和措施,从师德师风建设、教师专业能力提升、校企合作、继续教育和制度保证等方面提出实现路径并进行实践,以期进一步提升新时代高等院校专任教师的素质能力。As an important part of national education,the quality and ability of teachers in colleges and universities determines the level and height of connotation development of higher education in China.In order to explore the path to improve the overall quality and ability of teachers in colleges and universities,this paper takes the teaching staff of high-level professional groups of intelligent manufacturing in Shandong Province as an example,puts forward the strategy of“hierarchical measures”,and explores and studies the improvement of teachers quality and ability in the stages of entry adaptation(1—3 years),mature competence(4—6 years),plateau stability and stagnation regression.Different strategies and measures are adopted for teachers at different stages,and the realization paths are put forward and practiced from the aspects of teachers ethics construction,teachers professional ability improvement,school-enterprise cooperation,continuing education and institutional guarantee,so as to further improve the quality and ability of full-time teachers in colleges and universities in the new era.
