摘 要:虽然近几年国内提出降低英语比重的声音频繁出现,但是仍然不可忽视英语在国际社会当中的作用,其仍然是对外交流与合作的重要工具。基于此,需要对高校外语教师能力进行有效的提升,以满足交流合作的需要。现阶段高校中外语教师能力参差不齐,不仅仅是因为基础理论知识薄弱,缺乏高效的能力培养机制也是其中一个重要原因。TPCK理论框架能够做到技术、教学法以及教学内容三者的融合,从而创新出一种新的知识形态,不仅能对学生的外语进行系统性的训练,还可以在教学当中促进学生和教师的共同成长。站在教师培养角度,通过对TPCK理论框架以及实际应用中的相关问题进行分析,提出TPCK理论框架下高校外语教师能力培养的措施。Although the voice of reducing the proportion of English has appeared frequently in recent years,the role of English in the international community cannot be ignored,which is still an important tool for foreign exchange and cooperation.Based on this,it is necessary to effectively improve the ability of college foreign language teachers to meet the needs of communication and cooperation.At present,the uneven ability of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities is not only due to the weak basic theoretical knowledge,but also the lack of efficient ability training mechanism.TPCK theoretical framework can integrate technology,teaching method and teaching content,so as to innovate a new form of knowledge.It can not only train students foreign languages systematically,but also promote the common growth of students and teachers in teaching.From the perspective of teacher training,this paper analyzes the theoretical framework of TPCK and the related problems in practical application,and puts forward the countermeasures to train the ability of college foreign language teachers under the framework of TPCK theory.
