对高校教学管理人员专业化要求的分析

摘　　要：作为高校管理人员,他们的专业水平会直接影响学校的整体教学管理。目前,高校教学中对于管理工作比较重视,但是管理团队不够稳定,并且相关人员的水平和素质也参差不齐。因此,要解决这一问题,高校必须要重视教学管理人员专业水平的提高。基于此,分析教学管理人员专业化的内涵,探讨高校教学管理人员专业化建设的重要性以及高校教学管理人员专业化面临的问题,最后针对教学管理人员专业化建设要求进行讨论。As university administrators,their professional level will directly affect the overall teaching management of the school.At present,management work is important in the teaching of colleges and universities,but the management team is not stable enough,and the level and quality of the relevant personnel are also uneven.Therefore,colleges and universities must pay attention to the improvement of the professional level of teaching management staff to solve this problem.Based on this,this paper analyzes the connotation of professionalization of teaching management staff,discusses the importance of professional construction of teaching management staff and the problems faced by professionalization of teaching management staff,and finally discusses the requirements of professional construction of teaching management staff.
