“智造”时代的高等职业教育改革刍议

摘　　要：通过分析智能制造系统的技术支撑体系及智能制造时代人们工作环境和生活环境的变化可知,智能制造时代职业、技能与学习的理念发生了一些新的变革。为了顺应这些变革,高等职业教育需要进行三个方面的改革:一是推动专业整合融合,二是把培养学生的横向技能作为重中之重,三是在产教融合体制机制下发动行业企业深度参与高等职业教育。By analyzing the technical support system of"intelligent manufacturing"system,and the changes of people’s working environment and living environment in the era of"intelligent manufacturing",it is known that the concept of occupation,skills and learning in the era of intelligent manufacturing has undergone some new changes.To adapt to these changes,higher vocational education needs to carry out three reforms to integrate several similar majors into a professional group;to make great efforts to train the students’horizontal skills as the top priority;and to mobilize industry enterprises to participate in higher vocational education in depth under the system and mechanism of production-education integration.
