摘  要:针对内嵌式永磁同步电机现有的最大转矩电流比控制策略存在计算复杂、占用存储空间大、控制性能低等问题,提出了一种简化的多虚拟信号注入法。通过定义新的虚拟电压以及计算不完整虚拟功率避免了大量无效计算对系统资源的浪费。该策略降低了算法复杂度,但控制精度仍与电机参数相关。进一步提出了改进的模型参考自适应参数识别算法,将自适应律分割为不同周期的函数,在保证电机三参数识别准确的同时,提高了辨识算法的稳定性。利用辨识结果实时更新电机的最大转矩电流比工作点,保证电机始终运行在最高效率。仿真与实验结果表明:参数识别算法的引入克服了多虚拟信号注入法对电机参数的依赖性,将定子电流幅值降低0.7%以上,使电机的控制轨迹更接近最大转矩电流比最优轨迹;所提策略在电机参数摄动、负载突变及变速运行等复杂工况下,能保持较好的动态响应速度和较小的电流畸变率。A simplified multiple virtual signal injection method is proposed to solve the problems in existing maximum torque per ampere(MTPA)methods of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM),such as complicated calculation,large storage space,and poor control performance.By defining and calculating the new virtual voltage with incomplete virtual power,the waste of system resources caused by invalid calculations is avoided.This strategy reduces the complexity of algorithm,but the control accuracy is related to the motor parameters.An improved model reference adaptive system(MRAS)parameter identification method is further proposed,in which the adaptive laws are divided into different periodic functions to ensure the accuracy of identification and improve the stability of the algorithm.The identified parameters are applied to refresh the MTPA working point and make sure the motor can run at the highest efficiency.Simulation and experimental results show that the introduction of MRAS can overcome the dependence of the proposed MTPA algorithm on parameters,reduce the stator current amplitude by more than 0.7%,and obtain an accurate control trajectory more close to the optimal trajectory.This strategy can achieve better dynamic response speed and smaller current distortion rate under complex conditions such as parameter perturbation,load mutation and variable speed operation.
