摘　　要：在我国物流行业高速发展的背景之下,企业的物流能力逐步得到提升。如今,在企业竞争中物流能力的高低也会影响企业的综合能力,对企业来说有着重要的意义。良好的物流能力不仅有利于企业进行更加高效的运转,还能使企业获得更多的竞争优势,发展得更加顺利。基于此,文中将从物流发展中存在的问题和企业物流能力评价的指标体系出发,分析影响企业物流能力的主要因素,并提出相关的优化策略。In the context of the rapid development of our country s logistics industry,the logistics capabilities of enterprises have been gradually improved.Nowadays,the level of logistics capability in the competition of enterprises will affect the comprehensive ability of enterprises,which is of great significance to enterprises.The good logistics capabilities will not only help companies operate more efficiently,but also enable them to gain more competitive advantages and develop more smoothly.Based on this,this article will start from explaining the problems in the development of logistics and the evaluation index system of enterprises logistics capabilities,analyze the main factors that affect the logistics capabilities of enterprises,and propose relevant optimization strategies.
