生物质基固体酸催化剂的制备及其催化糖转化性能的研究

摘  要:采用松果壳、花生壳、核桃壳及玉米秸秆等自然生物质为原料,通过不完全碳化-浓硫酸磺化两步制备生物质基固体酸催化剂,并将其用于油浴加热及微波条件下催化单糖转化为呋喃平台化合物实验中,两种加热方式下(150℃油浴8 h,160℃微波辅助10 min),获得的糠醛及5-羟甲基糠醛的收率作为其催化性能的评价指标。果糖转化实验中显示四种催化剂获得5-羟甲基糠醛的能力无明显差异,5-羟甲基糠醛收率均在70%左右。催化木糖及葡萄糖的活性均表现为核桃壳SC>松果壳SC>玉米秸秆SC>花生壳SC,其中核桃壳SC催化木糖制备糠醛收率可达55.38%,催化葡萄糖制备5-羟甲基糠醛收率可达23.31%。Natural biomass including pine nut shells,peanut shells,walnut shells and corn stalks were used as the raw materials to prepare biomass-based solid acid catalysts through a two-step reactions including incomplete carbonization and concentrated sulfuric acid sulfonation.In the experiment of preparing furan platform compounds by conversion of monosaccharides in oil bath and microwave,the yields of furfural and 5-hydroxymethyl furfural obtained under mild conditions(oil bath:150℃,8 h,microwave:160℃,10 min)which were used as evaluation indicators for the catalytic performance of these four catalysts.The fructose conversion experiment showed that the abilities of the four catalysts to obtain 5-HMF has no significant difference;and the 5-HMF yields were all around 70%;the catalytic activity of carbon from different materials applied in the conversion of both xylose and anhydrous glucose showed that the walnut shell SC>pine Fruit shell SC>corn stalk SC>peanut shell SC;the best catalyst catalyzed xylose to produce furfural with a yield of 55.38%;and catalyzed anhydrous glucose to produce 5-hydroxymethyl furfural with a yield of 23.31%.
