摘　　要：基于硅酸盐水泥刨花板的性能特点及形成机理,从技术研究和产业发展的角度阐述了国内外水泥刨花板的发展情况。从木质或其他植物原料与水泥的相容性,水泥刨花板的原料、制备及快速成型工艺等方面对提高其胶合强度、生产效率、理化性能等进行了综述,并介绍了水泥刨花板在建筑墙体、室内装修和家具中的应用情况。同时,针对水泥刨花板在制备和改性等方面存在的问题提出建议。Using portland cement as inorganic adhesive material to prepare cement particleboard is an effective way to make up for the defects of traditional wood-based panel and expand its application range.Based on the performance characteristics and forming mechanism of portland cement particleboard,this paper expounded the development situation of cement particleboard at home and abroad from the perspective of technical research and industrial development.The bonding strength,production efficiency,physical and chemical properties of cement particleboard were reviewed from the compatibility of wood or other plant materials with cement,raw materials,preparation and rapid prototyping technology.Then the application of cement particleboard in building wall,interior decoration and furniture was introduced.At the same time,in view of the problems existing in the preparation and modification of cement particleboard,the mainstream trend and suggestions for further research were put forward.
