互联网金融对商业银行支付结算业务发展的影响研究

摘　　要：随着“大智移云物”技术的发展,以第三方支付为代表的互联网金融产业在我国快速兴起,并对商业银行传统的支付结算业务产生了巨大冲击。文章通过梳理互联网金融和商业银行支付结算业务的发展历程,解析商业银行支付结算业务发展过程中存在的问题及成因。实证检验发现,互联网金融会对银行支付结算业务产生负面影响;进一步研究表明,相较于股份制银行,国有银行受到的负面冲击更大;最后,本文从积极展开合作合作、支付方式优化、潜在风险管控以及顶层制度设计四个维度为商业银行支付结算业务的发展提出了对策建议。With the development of network technology,the Internet financial industry represented by third-party payment has sprung up rapidly in China,and has had a great impact on the traditional payment and settlement business of commercial banks.By sorting out the development status of Internet finance and commercial Banks'payment and settlement services,The authors analyze the problems existing in the development of commercial Banks'payment and settlement services,and further analyze the impact of Internet finance on payment and settlement services from both theoretical and empirical perspectives.The empirical results show that the third-party payment will have a negative impact on the bank's payment and settlement business.Further research shows that,compared with joint-stock Banks,state-owned Banks suffer more negative impacts.Finally,The authors make some suggestions for the development of commercial Banks'payment and settlement services from four directions of the analysis results:win-win cooperation,optimization of payment methods,strengthening of risk control and building of top-level design.
