摘 要:目的评估表面清洁剂及超声清洗对唾液污染氧化锆陶瓷粘接强度的影响。方法氧化锆陶瓷块随机分为A-G组,共7组(n=10),A-F组经人工唾液污染后分别进行喷砂、超声清洗、清洁剂、超声清洗+清洁剂、清洁剂+超声清洗及清水冲洗处理,G组为对照组。处理后的氧化锆陶瓷块与复合树脂柱粘接,人工老化后测试剪切粘接强度并观察断裂模式。结果D组(超声+清洁剂组)的剪切粘接强度显著高于B组(超声组)、C组(清洁剂组)及E组(清洁剂+超声组),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与A组(喷砂组)间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组试件均为粘接界面破坏。结论超声清洗后应用清洁剂,能够显著提高唾液污染氧化锆陶瓷的粘接性能,是一种能有效替代喷砂的氧化锆陶瓷修复体表面清洁方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of cleaning paste and ultrasonic cleaning on the bonding strength of saliva-contaminated zirconia ceramics.Methods Zirconia ceramic blocks were randomly divided into 7 groups A-G(n=10).Group A-F were contaminated with artificial saliva and were treated with sandblasting,ultrasonic cleaning,cleaning paste,ultrasonic cleaning+cleaning paste,cleaning paste+ultrasonic cleaning,and water rinse.Group G was the control group.The treated zirconia ceramic blocks were bonded to the composite resin column,and after artificial aging,the shear bonding strength was tested and the fracture modes were observed.Results The shear bond strength of group D(ultrasound+cleaning paste)was significantly higher than that of group B(ultrasound),group C(cleaning paste)and group E(cleaning paste+ultrasound),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between group D(cleaning paste+ultrasound group)and group A(sandblasting)(P>0.05).All the specimens in each group were damaged in the bonding interface.Conclusions The application of cleaning paste after ultrasonic cleaning can significantly improve the bonding performance of saliva-contaminated zirconia ceramics.It is an effective alternative to sandblasting for cleaning the zirconia ceramic restorations.
