摘  要:空气环境中重金属污染对植物生长、人类健康、社会发展造成严重威胁。笔者综述了重金属胁迫环境对植物生长发育、细胞膜透性、游离脯氨酸、植物保护酶系统等生理生化特性的影响,分析了植物对重金属的富集、植物细胞壁和细胞膜对重金属的结合钝化、植物代谢对重金属的解毒等抗性应答机理。并提出了下一步研究重点,以期为绿化树种重金属抗性效能的研究提供参考。Heavy metal pollution in the air environment posed a serious threat to plant growth and human health. The effects of heavy metal stress on plant growth and development, cell membrane permeability, free proline, plant protective enzyme system were reviewed. The mechanisms of plant resistance to heavy metals, such as the enrichment of heavy metals, the binding passivation of plant cell wall and cell membrane to heavy metals, and the detoxification of plant metabolism to heavy metals were analyzed. The next research focus was put forward in order to provide reference for the study of heavy metal resistance of greening tree species.
