摘 要:现在的增强现实装配辅助系统交互技术大多关注装配工序的呈现,对装配过程中的操作状态关注较少。针对这个问题,提出一个增强现实拆装徒手交互系统。该系统以装配工艺为基础,实现了增强现实环境下的徒手虚拟装配。系统分为硬件层、输入输出层、交互功能层和离线数据层四个层次。阐述层次之间的数据流动,每个层次包括的功能模块,以及每个模块的具体功能。最后,设计了应用案例验证系统的可行性。Nowadays,the interaction researches of augmented reality assembly supporting system mostly pay attention to the presentation of the assembly process,and pay less attention to the real-time feedback of operating states during the assembly process.In response to this problem,augmented reality disassembly and assembly system supported by bared-hand interaction is proposed.Based on the assembly process,the system implements bared-hand virtual assembly in augmented reality environment.The system is divided into four layers:hardware layer,input and output layer,interaction layer and offline data layer.The data flow between layers,the functional modules included in each layer and the specific functions of each module are explained.Finally,an application case is designed to verify the feasibility of the system.
