摘　　要：“枫桥经验”是中国特色社会主义制度和国家治理体系在基层的成功范式。公安机关在传承“枫桥经验”走好群众路线的基础上,应结合当地民情和区域环境对治理经验进行转化与演进,既坚持以人民为主体,走好群众路线,也坚持以公安为主导,发挥警察在维护社会治安、打击犯罪中的主力作用。新时代“枫桥经验”必将逐渐形成内涵丰富、结构严谨、行之有效的治理理论体系,最终形塑、改变新时代中国特色社会主义基层治理事业。“Fengqiao Experience”is a successful model of socialism with Chinese characteristics and national governance system at the grass-roots level.On the basis of inheriting it and taking the mass line,the public security organs should transform and evolve the governance experience in combination with local people’s conditions and regional environment.They should not only adhere to the people as the main body and follow the mass line,but also adhere to the public security as the leading force and play the main role of the police in maintaining social order and fighting crimes.The“Fengqiao Experience”in the new era will gradually form a theoretical system of governance with rich connotation,rigorous structure and effective,and ultimately shape and change the cause of grassroots governance of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
