北山水库浮游植物群落结构及水体营养状态评价

摘　　要：2020年2月~2020年11月对句容市北山水库浮游植物和环境因子含量进行监测,结果表明,该水库共有浮游植物6门36属54种,其中硅藻门和绿藻门浮游植物密度最大;群落结构Shannon-wiener指数和Pielou指数变化范围为3.43~4.05和0.81~0.88,最大值均出现在9月;水体营养状态指数表明,该水库已接近轻度富营养化状态。The content of phytoplankton and environmental factors in Beishan Reservoir,Jurong City will be monitored from February 2020 to November 2020.The results showed that there were 54 species of phytoplankton in 36 genera and 6 phyla in the reservoir.Among them,the density of phytoplankton in Diatom and Chlorophyta is the highest.The range of Shannon-wiener index and Pielou index of community structure was 3.43~4.05 and 0.81~0.88,and the maximum appeared in September.The water trophic status index indicates that the reservoir is close to a mild eutrophication state.
