摘  要:总结2020中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会中机器视觉技术在纺织智能化进程中的应用情况。从棉花异纤清除处理、自动络筒机人工智能投送、自动打包技术、织物疵点检测与整花整纬在线监测等方面,简述了机器视觉技术推动智能化、自动化、数字化以及网络资源化纺织的应用现状。指出:机器视觉技术可大大提高生产效率,并具有精度高、可重复、非接触等优点。认为:机器视觉技术的应用已进入高速发展阶段。Application of machine vision technology in textile intellectualization process in ITMA ASIA+CITME2020 was summarized.The application status of machine vision technology in intelligent,automatic,digital and network resource textile was introduced from the aspects of cotton foreign fiber cleaning,automatic winding machine artificial intelligence delivery,automatic packaging technology,fabric defect detection and online monitoring whole weaving and weft.It was pointed out that production efficiency was greatly improved by machine vision technology and the advantages were obvious including high precision,repeatability and non-contact.It is considered that application of machine vision technology has entered the stage of rapid development.
