摘  要:介绍了浆纱机的发展现状和技术创新。以2020中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会上展出的浆纱机为例,介绍和对比了浆纱机上浆装置、经轴退绕装置和烘燥装置的技术创新。指出:小浆槽结构搭配喷淋方式,提高了操作安全性和上浆质量;经轴纱线主动退绕装置反应精度高,可有效减少经纱伸长。认为:浆纱机在浆槽设计和电控系统优化等方面取得了突破性进步,未来应朝着进一步节能降耗和智能化控制方向发展。Development status and technology innovation of sizing machine were introduced.Taking the sizing machine exhibited in ITMA ASIA+CITME2020 as an example,the technology innovations of sizing machine device,warp beam unwinding device and drying device were introduced and compared.It was pointed out that operation safety and sizing quality were improved by using small size box structure combined with spraying method.The warp active unwinding device had high reaction accuracy and warp elongation were effectively reduced.It is considered that sizing machine has made breakthrough progress in the design of size box and optimization of electronic control system,the development direction is energy saving and intelligent control in the future.
