摘　　要：针对上海轨道交通14号线12标浦东南路站—浦东大道站—源深路站区间东西通道工程桩基侵入盾构断面的特殊工况,结合桩基对盾构机的影响、桩基及复杂地层对盾构施工的影响,通过前期调查、盾构机选型、同步注浆系统改造、铰接装置优化、盾尾刷油脂充填优化、盾构穿越桩基的施工流程细化,形成完整的施工工艺,使盾构穿越平稳、安全,并保障了东西通道及区间隧道结构的稳定。In view of the special working condition of the pile foundation invading the shield section of Pudong South Road Station-Pudong Avenue Station-Yuanshen Road Station section of Bid 12 of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 14,combined with the impact of pile foundation on shield machine and the impact of pile foundation and complex stratum on shield construction,a complete construction process is formed by preliminary investigation,shield machine selection,synchronous grouting system transformation,articulated device optimization,shield tail brush grease filling optimization,and construction process refinement of shield crossing pile foundation.The construction process of shield tunneling through pile foundation is refined to form a complete construction process.
