摘 要:为研究矩形钢顶管F形承插口管片接头力学性能及转角刚度,以管环承插接口局部管片接头试件为研究对象,开展荷载试验和数值模拟,研究该接头试件在正弯矩作用下承载能力与接头转角刚度的变化规律。研究表明,局部管片接头试件在正弯矩的作用下呈现出弹性、屈服、破坏等3个阶段,接头的受压区高度及转角刚度逐渐降低。结合试验和数值模拟分析弯矩作用下接头结构各部件的受力,可供F形承插口接头设计参考。To study the mechanical properties and corner stiffness of segment joint of F-type socket of rectangular steel pipe jacking,taking the local segment joint specimen of pipe ring socket interface as the research object,load test and numerical simulation are carried out to study the variation law of bearing capacity and corner stiffness of the joint specimen under positive bending moment.The results show that the local segment joint specimens show three stages of elasticity,yield and failure under the action of positive bending moment,and the height of compression zone and corner stiffness of the joint gradually decrease.Combined with test and numerical simulation,the stress of each component of joint structure under bending moment is analyzed,which can be used as a reference for the design of F-type socket joint.
