摘  要:目的:探讨注视性主视眼与非主视眼的屈光状态、眼压及眼前节参数的差异。方法:系列病例研究。选取2018年1月至2020年6月就诊于南昌爱尔眼科医院屈光手术门诊的近视患者1145例(2290眼),男698例(61.0%),女447例(39.0%),年龄18~35岁。记录双眼主觉验光、眼压、基于Pentacam的眼前节参数结果,并采用卡洞法确认主视眼眼别。使用配对t检验、Wilcoxon秩和检验及χ2检验进行统计学分析。结果:受检者右眼主视796例,占69.5%,左眼主视349例,占30.5%,主视眼的球镜度数较非主视眼更负,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.345,P=0.019);主视眼柱镜度数比非主视眼低,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.550,P=0.011);主视眼中央角膜厚度较非主视眼薄,差异具有统计学意义(Z=-3.685,P<0.001);主视眼前房角较非主视眼小,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.894,P=0.004);主视眼角膜前表面平均屈光力大于非主视眼,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.778,P=0.005);主视眼眼压较非主视眼高,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.153,P=0.031)。不同屈光参差度组(0<|ΔSE|≤0.5、0.5<|ΔSE|≤1.5、|ΔSE|>1.5)间主视眼SE较负者与主视眼SE较正者构成比差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.856,P=0.007)。结论:注视性主视眼较非主视眼近视程度重,散光程度低,且结构上存在差异。Objective:To investigate the differences in refractive state,intraocular pressure and anterior segment parameters between sighting dominant and non-dominant eyes.Methods:In this series of case study,a total of 1145 myopic patients(2290 eyes)who were treated at the refractive surgery clinic of Nanchang Aier Eye Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were enrolled,of which 698 patients were males,and 447 were females.The median age was 22 years(18-35 years).Subjective refraction,intraocular pressure,and anterior segment parameters based on Pentacam were recorded,and the sighting dominant eye was identified by the hole-in-the-card test.A paired t-test,Wilcoxon rank-sum test and Chi-square test were used for statistical analysis.Results:The right eye was dominant in 796 patients and the left eye was dominant in 349 patients.The spherical equivalent(SE)of the dominant eye was higher than that of the non-dominant eye with a statistically significant difference(Z=-2.345,P=0.019),while the cylindrical power of the dominant eye was lower and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.550,P=0.011).The central corneal thickness of the dominant eye was thinner than that of the non-dominant eye,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-3.685,P<0.001).The anterior chamber angle of the dominant eye was smaller than that of the non-dominant eye,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.894,P=0.004).The average refractive power of the front corneal surface was greater than that of the non-dominant eye,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.778,P=0.005).The intraocular pressure of the dominant eye was higher than that of the non-dominant eye with a statistically significant difference(Z=-2.153,P=0.031).The difference of the composition ratio between those with higher SE of dominant eye and those with lower SE of dominant eye is statistically significant(χ2=9.856,P=0.007)among different groups of distribution of degree(0<|ΔSE|≤0.5,0.5<|ΔSE|≤1.5,|ΔSE|>1.5).Conclusions:The sighting
