羊膜移植治疗难治的角膜溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察羊膜移植术对难治的角膜溃疡的治疗效果。方法收集安阳市眼科院2013年7月至2018年5月难治的角膜溃疡35例(35眼)的临床资料,患者均为经过相应治疗而病情不能控制,经久不愈者。对其进行单层或多层羊膜移植,观察术后效果。结果角膜溃疡感染均控制,溃疡在1~3周内愈合,8例角膜透明,27例角膜遗留瘢痕。裸眼视力手动~0.2者23例(45.71%),0.3~0.8者12例(34.29%);视力均较术前提高(χ^(2)=8.929,P=0.003)。结论羊膜移植术是难治的角膜溃疡的有效的治疗方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of amniotic membrane transplantation in refractory corneal ulcer.Methods The clinical data of 35 eyes of 35 cases of refractory corneal ulcer from Jul.2013 to May 2018 in Anyang Eye Hospital were collected.The patients all were could not be controlled after the corresponding treatment.Single-layer or multi-layer amniotic membrane transplantation were performed.The surgical efficacy were observed.Results The corneal ulcer infection of all the patients were controlled,and the corneal ulcer healed within 1-3 weeks.The cornea of 8 cases were transparent,the other 27 cases with corneal ulcer scar.The naked vision was HM-0.2 in 23 cases(45.71%),0.3-0.8 in 12 cases(34.29%).The visual acuity improved and were better than that preopratively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.929,P=0.003).Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation is an effective method for the treatment of refractory corneal ulcer.
