摘　　要：目的探讨多元化健康教育对肿瘤患者高频热疗的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2020年10月间汉中市中心医院收治的300例采用高频热疗治疗的肿瘤患者,采用随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组150例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用多元化健康教育,比较两组患者的健康知识掌握情况和依从性。结果观察组患者健康知识掌握良好率为96.7%,高于对照组的88.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者治疗依从性评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后4周、8周、12周的热疗次数均多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育应用于采用高频热疗治疗的肿瘤患者,可提升患者依从性,使其掌握更多健康知识,预后较好。Objective To explore the effect of diversified health education on high frequency hy-perthermia for cancer.Methods From February 2019 to October 2020,300 patients with cancer treated with high frequency hyperthermia were selected at Hanzhong Central Hospital.They were randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group with 150 patients in each group.The observation group received health education and the control group received conventional nursing.The health knowledge and compliance with treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The good rate of health knowledge level was 96.7%in the observation group which was higher than 88.6%of the control group(P<0.05).The score of compliance increased in both groups with the observation group significantly higher than the control group(all P<0.05).The number of hyperthermia at 4,8 and 12 weeks were more in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education can improve pa-tient compliance,make patient master more health knowledge with good prognosis in cancer patients treated with high-frequency hyperthermia.
