高职毕业生就业的支持性因素研究述评:基于近十年中英文文献的系统综述

摘　　要：采用系统综述的方法,对近十年高职毕业生就业的支持性因素进行评述。现有研究将高职院校视为毕业生就业的责任主体,具体措施和实践大多指向教学和培养方案改革层面,强调探索校企合作,形成协同性的支持框架。该领域的研究主要呈现出以下特征:研究结论有不同程度的推进,但研究领域热度不足;研究方法有规范化特征,但缺少循证分析框架;研究内容较为丰富,但缺乏更宏观的情境定义。未来相关领域的研究推进和实践政策的导向,应引入综合性的分析框架,推动跨学科合作,激发该领域的研究潜力和研究热度;推进实证研究方法与大型数据库的运用,对高职毕业生就业的支持性措施进行全景性与持续性的评价;扩展高职毕业生有效就业和高质量就业的意涵,以更为宏观的视角进行研究主题的探讨。This paper reviewed studies on employment support resources for higher vocational education graduates over the last decade.Research on this field shows that(1)higher vocational schools assume the main responsibility for facilitating the employment of graduates;(2)most of the practices they adopted are innovations on the teaching modes and reforms of training schemes;and(3)the school-enterprise cooperation has also been regarded as one of the most significant resources for employment.Characteristics of studies in this field have been identified as follows.(1)Research findings and conclusions in this field have been advanced in varying degrees,but accumulated knowledge in this field still shows a lack of research vitality.(2)Most studies have adopted standardized research methods,but evidence-based approaches are rarely used.(3)Research topics and contents in this field are abundant,but there is a lack of contextual definitions.This systematic review concludes by arguing that(1)comprehensive research and analytical frameworks should be adopted to promote interdisciplinary cooperation as well as to stimulate the research potential of this field.(2)Evidence-based methods and large databases with longitudinal surveys should be introduced to carry out comprehensive evaluations on the effectiveness and sustainability of the employment support resources for higher vocational education graduates.(3)The connotation of effective employment and high-quality employment of higher vocational education graduates should be expanded,and potential research topics should be explored from a more macroscopic perspective.
