基于“智造创新仿真实训中心”的校企合作产、学、研融合探究——以硬币计数包装器项目为例

摘　　要：针对市场上清点一元硬币工作的繁琐问题,设计了由整理器、计数器、包装器组成的硬币计数包装器,功能可靠实用,造价低廉,特别适用于中小型超市、公交公司、投币洗衣机等硬币交易量存在且量不是很大的工作场合。把研发成果作为教学案例引入课堂,就整理器的数控编程与仿真部分进行完整的教学设计,并鼓励学生参加相应大赛,确定产品下一步研究方向,深度落实“产学研”一体化。In view of the tedious problem of counting one dollar coins in the market,a coin counting wrapper composed of a sorting device,a counter and a packer is designed.It has reliable function and low cost.It is especially suitable for small and medium-sized supermarkets,bus companies,coin washing machines and other places where the transaction volume of coins is not very large.The research and development results are introduced into the classroom as teaching cases,and a complete teaching design is carried out for the NC programming and simulation part of the finisher.Students are encouraged to participate in competitions to determine the next research direction of the product,and to deeply implement the integration of industry,university and research.
