摘　　要：高端水,全称为高端瓶装饮用水,对水源地、水质、市场定位要求较高,是健康饮用水的首选。介绍了高端水的分类及国内外生产现状,详细分析了高端水的保健功能,为今后高端水的生产和饮用提供依据和参考。High-end water,which is short for high-end bottled drinking water,is strict requirement of water source,water quality and market positioning.And it is the first choice for healthy water.In this article,the classification,the present production at home and abroad,and the health care of high-end water were deeply studied in order to provide a reference for production and drinking of high-end water.
