摘 要:“1+X”证书制度为高等烹饪教育人才培养开辟了新的道路,通过对高等烹饪教育招生、就业、教学等现状的全面分析,结合高等烹饪教育人才培养开展“1+X”证书制度改革的必要性,对高等烹饪教育人才培养模式构建提出了以下几个方面建议:①对行业职业技能证书进行统计和分类;②深入企业,根据企业需要制定人才培养方案;③开展“三教”改革;④建立相应的人才培养模式保障体系。根据上述建议,在未来的人才培养过程中需要逐渐总结一套与“1+X”证书制度相适应的高等烹饪教育发展的人才培养模式。The“1+X”certificate system has opened up a new path for the cultivation of talents in higher culinary education.Through a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of enrollment,employment,and teaching in higher culinary education.The necessity of carrying out the reform of the“1+X”certificate system in conjunction with the training of talents in higher culinary education,the following points are proposed for the construction of higher culinary education talent training models suggestions:①Statistics and classification of vocational skills certificates in the industry;②Go deep into the enterprise and formulate talent training plans according to the needs of the enterprise;③Carry out the“three education”reforms;④Establish a corresponding talent training model guarantee system.According to the above suggestions,in the future talent training process,it is necessary to gradually summarize a set of talent training models for the development of higher culinary education that is compatible with the“1+X”certificate system.
