硝酸甘油软膏在乳腺癌患者术后局部皮瓣换药中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨硝酸甘油软膏在乳腺癌患者术后局部皮瓣换药中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月于本院接受治疗的80例乳腺癌手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组术后采用小油纱覆盖创面包扎固定,观察组术后在对照组基础上加用硝酸甘油软膏涂抹覆盖创面后再加压包扎。比较两组术后创面愈合情况、疼痛程度、并发症发生率。结果观察组术后肉芽形成和创面愈合时间均短于对照组,术后2、3、5 d视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝酸甘油软膏用于乳腺癌患者术后局部皮瓣换药能促进创面肉芽新生和创面愈合,减轻患者术后疼痛,减少术后并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of nitroglycerin ointment in local skin flap dressing change for breast cancer patients after operation.Methods A total of 80 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was fixed with small oil gauze covering the wound after the operation,and the observation group was applied with nitroglycerin ointment to cover the wound after the operation on the basis of the control group,and then pressure bandaged.The wound healing,pain degree and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The time of postoperative granulation formation and wound healing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the visual analogue score(VAS)on 2,3 and 5 d after operation was lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nitroglycerin ointment used for local skin flap dressing change in patients with breast cancer after surgery can promote the growth of granulation and wound healing,relieve postoperative pain and reduce postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
