经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:讨论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的临床效果。方法:2016年1月-2019年12月收治非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。两组接受经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗;对照组采取米托蒽醌进行膀胱灌注治疗;研究组采取吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组不良反应发生率及1年内复发率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组1年后生活质量各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者实施经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后采取吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗,利于降低术后复发率,改善患者生活质量,且治疗安全性较高。Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of transurethral resection of bladder tumors combined with pirarubicin bladder perfusion in the treatment of non-muscular invasive bladder cancer.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2019,80 patients with non-muscular invasive bladder cancer were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The two groups received transurethral resection of bladder tumors.The control group received mitoxantrone for bladder perfusion therapy.The study group received pirarubicin bladder perfusion therapy.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate within 1 year of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group after 1 year were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with non-muscular invasive bladder cancer undergoing transurethral resection of bladder tumor with pirarubicin bladder perfusion therapy is beneficial to reduce the recurrence rate after surgery,improve the patient's quality of life,and the treatment is safer.
