微信公众号在生殖医学教学中的应用

摘　　要：医学是需要理论和实践兼具的学科。传统的医学教育主要是教师在课堂上传授理论知识,学生被动听取的填鸭式教学,这种传输方式为单向的,学生缺少充足的时间和机会去学习教学内容,所以,学生的积极性和主动性相对会比较差,更不容易培养学生的探究能力和意识。生殖医学是一门新兴的学科,发展迅速,但在医学本科教学中没有开设单独的学科,仅在妇产科教材中有少数章节的简单描述。在平时的教学中发现,同学们对生殖医学的兴趣浓厚,但是从现有的学习资料中无法获取更多的知识,不能掌握生殖医学领域的前沿医学知识。文章主要探讨传统生殖医学教育的局限性以及微信公众号在生殖医学教学中的优势及相关问题的思考。Medicine is a subject that needs both theory and practice.Traditional medical education is that teacher cramming theoretical knowledge to the students in the classroom,while the time and opportunity for the students to learn the teaching content are unsufficient,so the student's enthusiasm and initiative is relatively poor,let alone developing the students'ability to explore and consciousness.Reproductive medicine is a new developing subject,but there is no separate subject in the undergraduate teaching,only a few chapters in the obstetrics and gynecology textbooks.In our daily teaching,we found that the students were very interested in reproductive medicine,but they could not get more knowledge from the existing learning materials and they could not obtain the cutting-edge medical knowledge in the field of reproductive medicine.Medicine is a discipline that requires both theory and practice.This paper mainly discusses the limitations of traditional reproductive medicine education and the advantages of WeChat Official Account in reproductive medicine teaching.
