摘　　要：偏头痛是临床上一种常见的头痛类型,属于中医"头痛病"的范畴。偏头痛临床治愈困难,易复发。赵德语主任医师运用中医辨证论治理念治疗偏头痛疗效显著。本文旨在通过分析偏头痛的中医病因病机,通过叙述三则典型临床医案的治法处方,阐述其病例特点,从而体现中医同病异治的思想,进一步证明中医辨证论治偏头痛拥有良好的临床疗效。Migraine is a common type of headache in clinic, which belongs to the category of "headache disease" in traditional Chinese medicine. Migraine is difficult to cure and easy to recur. Chief physician Zhao Deyu achieves a significant effect on migraine by applying the concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of migraine in traditional Chinese medicine, describe the characteristics of three typical clinical medical cases,so as to reflect the thought of treating the same disease with different methods, and further prove that TCM differentiation and treatment of migraine has good clinical efficacy.
